ITEMS O (Memory Board), P (Team Photo), Q (Wooden Plaque), R (Memory Mate Plaque) can be ordered as an individual items. They are not add-on's and do not require a package purchase.
Add-on's F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M and N can only be ordered in addition to one of the other Packages (A, B, C, D, E). Orders submitted with an Add-on and no package will be cancelled and payment refunded.
